For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds on any lingerie, intimate apparel, bodysuits, or similar garments.

We recommend carefully reviewing the size, color, and product description before completing your purchase.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos along with your order number. Each case will be reviewed individually, and an appropriate resolution will be provided if applicable.
